Introduction

Akosa Digital Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the G1 Ace mobile application (the "App").

Information we collect

Information we do NOT collect

G1 Ace is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Contact lists or other personal data from your device

Information stored locally on your device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Practice Progress: Your quiz scores, question statistics, and learning progress
• App Preferences: Settings such as appearance mode (light/dark) and haptic feedback preferences
• Subscription Status: Information about your active subscription (managed by Apple)

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

Third-party services

Apple App Store and StoreKit

If you purchase a subscription, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data: Apple Privacy Policy

App Store data collection

When you download G1 Ace from the App Store, Apple may collect information as described in their privacy policy. This data collection is managed by Apple and is outside our control. Apple does not share this data with us.

No analytics or tracking

We do not use any third-party analytics, crash reporting, or advertising services. The App does not contain any tracking code, cookies, tracking pixels, or web beacons. We do not serve advertisements or use any advertising networks.

No server logs

G1 Ace is an offline-first app that does not require an internet connection to function. We do not operate servers that collect log files or usage data.

Support communications

If you contact us via email for support, we receive your email address and message content. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and provide customer service. We do not add you to marketing lists or share your information with third parties. We retain support correspondence for up to 12 months to provide consistent service, after which it is deleted.

Data security

Since all your data is stored locally on your device and protected by iOS security features, your information is as secure as your device. We recommend:

• Using a device passcode or Face ID/Touch ID
• Keeping your iOS software up to date
• Using iCloud backup encryption if you back up your device

Children's privacy

G1 Ace does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since we don't collect personal data, the App is safe for users of all ages. We are compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Data retention and deletion

Your data is stored only on your device. To delete all App data:

1. Delete the G1 Ace app from your device
2. All local data will be permanently removed

Since we do not collect or store any personal data on our servers, there is no data for us to retain or delete on our end.

Canadian privacy law

This Privacy Policy is designed to comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation. As we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete. Your data remains entirely under your control on your device.

Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

Your rights

Since we don't collect personal data, there is no personal information for us to access, correct, or delete. You have complete control over the data stored on your device through the App's settings or by deleting the App.
